Parking Consultants LLC is a smaller firm located in Denver, Colorado in the fast-paced, constantly changing parking consulting industry. We practice in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, and Idaho.  On special occasion, we have practiced in Washington and Oregon.  We encourage you to contact us for information on our services, including pricing of parking facilities. Our project managers, engineers and designers are here to offer technical expertise in answering your questions.

We prefer to not provide architectural design or structural engineering, but we do assist clients with constructability issues.  Most of our consulting services are for funtional design, a wide variety of parking related studies, or restoration of parking structures.  We can be a single source for your entire project; from site selection through concept design, design development, construction documents and administration through construction. Clients like our creative ideas and solutions, technical expertise, and demonstrated performance.

1,027 spaces, 4-bays wide, 4-Levels tall.  CIP post -tensioned.  It has an athletic field on a 5th level.  Adjacent to arroyo and Indian dig site. Two-way traffic flow.  Design-build project, 2014 completion.

Regional Transportation District (RTD) Wadsworth Garage, Lakewood, CO

Parking Structure Design:  Functional design, striping and signage drawings with specifications.

1026 spaces, 3-bays wide, 4-levels tall.  CIP post-tensioned.   Dog-legged layout designed to align with street system. One-way traffic flow (ramps two-way).  Design-build project, 2013 completion. 

Regional Transportation District (RTD)

Sheridan Garage, Denver, CO

Parking Structure Design:  Functional design, striping and signage drawings with specifications.

817 spaces, 3-bays wide, 6-levels tall.  CIP post-tensioned.  Built into a steep hillside. One-way traffic flow (ramps two-way).  Design-build project, 2013 completion. 

Coors Field (Rockies Baseball), Denver, CO

Parking Structure Design:  Functional design, striping, signage, and waterproofing CDs

952 spaces, 3-bays wide, 6-levels tall.  Precast concrete.  5' wide pedestrian walkway on 3-sides. One-way traffic flow (ramps two-way).  Design-bid-build project, 2014 completion. 

Colorado State Capitol Parking Structure, Denver, CO

Restoration

Assessed the overall condition of a 600 space, 2-bay wide, 5-level precast concrete structure.  Documented deterioration, suggested repair details, prepared a table of estimated construction costs with a list of priorities. 

St. Anthony Hospital Garage, Lakewood, CO

Restoration

Conducted a condition appraisal for a 841 space, 3-bay wide, 5-level precast concrete parking structure.  Wrote report, complete with photos & recommendations, similar to the state capitol project. 

Project Financial Feasibility, Colorado Springs, CO 

Study

Analyzed five urban sites and potential land uses for each from a financial feasibility viewpoint. Each had a parking component. Submitted separate reports for each potential site. 

16th and Market Street, Denver, CO

Study

Provided insight on parking ratios, shared parking, robotic parking, and potential use of the urban site for a parking structure.  Wrote report with many references.

1000 Speer Blvd Apartments, Denver, CO

Peer Review

Reviewed functional design for 5-levels of parking for a 10-story apartment building (367 spaces).  Included geometrics, ADA, ramping, and striping.  Wrote report.

Reviewed functional design for 5-levels of parking for a governmental facility.  It included parking equipment, truck loading docks, signage, striping, and geometrics.
